LEGaTO's presence at HiPEAC19

LEGaTo participates in HiPEAC19, which takes place on 21-23 January in Valencia (Spain) with a presentation and a tutorial. 

Miquel Pericas, from LEGaTO's partner CHALMERS, talks about energy efficiency through software and task distribution in his presentation “The LEGaTO toolchain for Heterogeneous Computing” that is held on January 22 at 13:00h. This presentation is under the workshop BeyondExa2: Workshop on Post-Exascale Programmability.

In addition, LEGaTO takes part in the conference with a tutorial called "HPP-OmpSs: Heterogeneous Parallel Programming with OmpSs". It is co-organised by LEGaTO, AXIOM, and EuroEXA European projects and it is held on January 23 at 10:00h-17:30h. The aim of this tutorial is for attendees to learn how to programme using OmpSs, and its heterogeneous architectures support.
